The National - High Violet

The National's new album High Violet deserves a mention as it's definitely one of the best releases of 2010 so far. An indie rock band from Brooklyn, New York who bellow out a dark, melodic blend of haunting rock with impressive songwriting. There is something about depressing music that im drawn to ( no reflection on my personality ) and this album is currently on high rotation on my stereo. Perfect for a cold night drive, give it a spin!

Ok, I thought i would share with you my experiences from my favourite music festivals that i have attended around the world. Being a lover of music and all things that compliment a sound, i believe that experiencing these festivals in the flesh in different countries gives you a great incling into what the arts & entertainment culture is all about whilst witnessing both local and international artists at work.
